My family recently purchased our new home in the Raleigh area.  We had the pleasure of utilizing Fonville Morisey to help us with our purchase.  Brenda Holden was our agent and she was outstanding.  Throughout our search, she made certain we were aware of all the possibilities.  She limited the search to exactly what we asked for, anticipated our desires, and suggested alternatives/options when it was necessary.  We were on an extremely tight time schedule and Brenda made it possible for us to meet this schedule with her dedication, persistence, and resourcefulness.  After our offer was accepted, Brenda and her entire team were invaluable.  We were relocating from nearly 500 miles away and she was able to coordinate the whole process for us.  Due to the distance, it was difficult to arrange some of the inspections and impossible to attend them.  Brenda and her husband Steve helped us in arranging the inspections, attended them on our behalf, and acted as our eyes and ears throughout the whole process.  Furthermore, Brenda and her team made certain that all the details were attended to.  They were extremely diligent and made absolutely certain that the sellers completed their responsibilities, were aware of our deadlines, and that no details were missed.  This was our third home purchase and the first where I felt our agent cared as much as we did.  Throughout the entire process, her objective was to make sure we were (and would be) happy and not to make a sale and get her commission.  We consider ourselves lucky to have had Brenda as our agent.  We will utilize Brenda and her team when we sell (and buy) in the future.
